IFBB Figure Pro Bodybuilder
They say life begins at 30, but for me, it was at 34. Holding an interior design degree, I was accustomed to creating beauty in homes, but my own health and well-being felt neglected. That's when I decided to step out of my comfort zone in 2022 and into the gym.
About Me
From True Novice to IFBB Pro in just ten days.
Guided by my coach, Justin Horrell, I swept True Novice, Novice, Masters 35+, and Open at the NPC All-South Muscle Championship; then repeated the sweep at the Amateur Olympia in Las Vegas to earn my IFBB Pro card in back-to-back shows.
Bodybuilding proved what disciplined, daily work can build, and I'm just getting started.
